With this month being a time for Thanksgiving, I feel that this song perfectly expresses that general feeling of gratitude, peace and admiration for God and all of his creations.
I wrote an arrangement of this song over a year ago and ended up singing it in Church as a musical number in Sacrament meeting. This version is a little more “arranged” than the one I wrote for Church, but has the same general idea.
Here is the sheet music! It is a vocal solo with piano accompaniment.
I hope that we can be a little more grateful, kind and in awe of the bounteous blessings we’ve all been given this month. I know I could really benefit from a more consistent and frequent shift in my perspective. I will try to do my best to express my thanks and appreciation to God and those around me this November.
